Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address and the content of your message. No special categories of data are collected.

3. Purpose

Data is processed for the sole purpose of handling and responding to your enquiry or contact request, and maintaining any communication arising from it.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. Data retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, thereafter, for the periods legally required. Once these purposes are fulfilled, the data will be deleted.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a visitor measurement system that does not use cookies and does not collect data that could personally identify the visitor. Information is processed in an aggregated, anonymous form for statistical purposes.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only those strictly necessary for its technical operation may be used.

9. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@seniacapital.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
